Plating Line Versatility Our standard designs for plating line equipment include horizontal coilers, indexing take-ups, heavy duty take-ups, accumulators, and vision inspection systems. We also design and build custom equipment for wide-strip products and plating chemical control systems. The materials used in manufacturing plating line systems will be selected for a corrosive environment. These materials typically include stainless steel, salt bath nitride treated steel, and epoxy paint.
